Planner/Agenda - Your student will use their planner/agenda every day to record assignments and information about their day. This planner/agenda will also serve as a communication tool between home and school. It is very important that your student has their planner/agenda at school with them every day, and that parents take a moment to review the planner/agenda with students each night.
Binder - Students will need a sturdy three ring binder. This binder will be the nerve center of your students 5th grade year. They will keep their planner/agenda, class notes, and assignments in this binder, as well as use it to bring home important papers and graded assignments. Please help your student stay on track this year by going through their binder with them at least once a week.
